Hello World

What Makes Micro-Infusion Systems So Effective?

Micro-infusion systems may be new to some, but they’re quickly becoming a go-to choice for those wanting smoother, more youthful skin.

Think of them as an advanced form of micro-needling…

Only, instead of using tiny needles on their own, these systems also deliver powerful anti-aging ingredients deep into your skin for maximum results!

Like with any skin treatment, there are plenty of options out there. The question is, how do you choose the right one for you?

Do you go with professional, in-clinic treatments? Or do you go with at-home options, at a fraction of the cost?

And which brand should you go with? Qure? Glamory? Glov?

You’re spoilt for choice!

My name is Dr Sienna and I’ve been a clinical dermatologist for 12 years now. At my practice in Los Angeles where we’re no strangers to aging skin, I’ve successfully helped countless patients for all sorts of age-related skin issues such as:

You name it, I’ve seen it all!

When it comes to age-related skin issues, I often advise my patients to include an at-home micro-infusion system in their skincare routine.

These systems have been clinically proven to significantly reduce fine lines, wrinkles, and dryness by delivering a potent blend of anti-aging ingredients directly into the skin’s deepest layers.

Unfortunately, some micro-infusion products are packed with ineffective fillers and cheap additives, leading to disappointing results and overpriced promises.

Luckily, some brands are committed to producing high-quality, results-driven micro-infusion systems that put real skincare benefits first, over flashy branding and expensive endorsements.

As an experienced dermatologist and skincare addict, I’ve tested dozens of micro-infusion systems.

And more importantly, I’ve found some new favorites that I want to share with you, so you don’t have to waste any more time or money trying to look and feel your best!

So without further ado…

Here are my top 5, at-home, micro-infusion systems as of April 2025!

#1 Clinical Beauty Filler by Cocunat

“I thought your daughter was your sister!”

These were the actual words someone said to one of my patients after she’d used Cocunat’s Clinical Beauty Filler for the first time!

“I'm amazed at how quickly I've seen results!” another patient told me.

Having recommended Clinical Beauty Filler to many of my patients, I've seen countless of these transformations firsthand–and the results are remarkable. Right after I started recommending Clinical Beauty Filler, the feedback from my patients about their "rejuvenated" and "wrinkle-free" complexions just kept pouring in.

I've been monitoring the clinical results closely in my practice, and patients are seeing results after just 1 hour!

One of my patients was initially skeptical, but told me:

"Honestly, I can't believe the difference. My wrinkles have noticeably softened, and my skin is more radiant."

Let me share my favorite story from a patient of mine who tried Clinical Beauty Filler:

She’d struggled with wrinkles, fine lip lines and uneven skin texture, particularly on her cheeks. But after just three weeks of using Clinical Beauty Filler, she came to me almost in tears…

Not only because her skin was visibly smoother and more youthful, but because she felt so much more confident in her skin!

She’d started getting questions like, “What’s your secret? Did you change your skincare routine?” But the only thing she’d added was Cocunat's Clinical Beauty Filler.

So how does Clinical Beauty Filler deliver such amazing visible anti-aging results?

It’s essentially a mini-facelift from the comfort of your own home, without the downtime or side effects that can come with an in-clinic procedure.

Now if you wanted a typical facelift in a clinic, here’s how it would go…

You'd start with a Hyaluronic Acid Treatment (often called a "Vitamin Treatment"—but without any real vitamins!) This treatment hydrates and plumps your skin, giving it a fresh, youthful glow.

Next comes Botox, which reduces wrinkles and gives your face a gentle lift. Finally, there’s Matrixyl®, a filler that brings deep wrinkles back to the surface, leaving your skin smoother and refreshed.

But who has the time (and money) for all these appointments?

Clinical Beauty Filler is made with clinical-grade ingredients–the same ingredients used in professional skincare treatments. Typically you can’t find ingredient quality like this in other micro-infusion systems or standard serums.

First, they’ve developed a triple-weighted Hyaluronic Acid Complex that promotes hydration across every layer of your skin, creating a plump, healthy look, inside and out.

Their anti-aging formula also includes powerful actives like Argireline® peptides, that provide a ‘Botox-like’ effect by relaxing your facial muscles, without freezing your expressions…

And Matrixyl® peptides that fill your wrinkles and stimulate collagen production, helping to smooth and firm your skin.

The cherry on top is their unique ‘Rebuilder Active System’ that acts on your skin’s surface, rebuilding the skin’s barrier and fighting against redness and uneven complexions.

With Clinical Beauty Filler you’re getting a clinical-grade face lift with minimal side effects, and without the expensive price-tag!

Clinical Beauty Filler uses hypodermic (hollow) micro-needles to deliver these ingredients. Most micro-infusion systems use solid needles that create micro-blemishes in your skin, allowing their system’s serum to seep through thanks to gravity.

Clinical Beauty Filler also uses a unique push-action system that injects the clinical grade ingredients directly into your skin. This makes it 10 times more effective than standard micro-infusion systems!

Between the hypodermic needles and push-action system, Cocunat’s Clinical Beauty Filler addresses the main issue that every other at-home micro-infusion system faces–it relies on gravity to take the serum through to the deeper layers of your skin.

Unfortunately, this means that for any other micro-infusion system lots of the serum doesn’t get exactly where it needs to during treatment. On the other hand, Cocunat’s push-action technology pushes their clinical-grade serum through the hypodermic needles, directly to where it needs to go!

Finally, my patients find it incredibly easy to use. This 5-minute ritual is completely painless and safe to do at home. I particularly like the ergonomic design and the sterilized needles, as they really ensure maximum hygiene and comfort.

Whilst I still recommend clinical treatments to very specific patients, these can cost upwards of $3,000 and require significant downtime. Clinical Beauty Filler gives my patients the same clinical-grade ingredients and professional-level results without the recovery period - and for a fraction of the price.

If you want to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, achieve firmer, more rejuvenated skin, and get the same amazing results as my patients - then I highly recommend giving Clinical Beauty Filler a try!

#2 Glov Micro Infusion System

Like Clinical Beauty Filler, Glov's Micro-Infusion System offers a simple, pain-free solution to visible signs of aging like fine lines and wrinkles. After using it a couple of times, I actually noticed that my skin started to feel plumper and firmer. Using their system was a pretty painless experience, and I only had minor redness after I’d finished.

For those of you that have been thinking of microneedling, but have concerns about the pain that can come with it, Glov is a great first step towards glowing, dewy skin!

I love that their serum is formulated with single-weight Hyaluronic Acid. Hyaluronic Acid provides some solid surface level benefits.

Glov uses a traditional microneedling system that involves creating micro-blemishes on the skin’s surface and waiting for gravity to guide the serum into your skin. While this system matches the depth of penetration provided by Clinical Beauty Filler, Cocunat’s hypodermic needles allow for their anti-aging serum to be directly injected into your skin for maximum results.

I found that Glov's application process was simple and easy to use, but the non-sterilized needles (I personally sterilized them for my patients) raised some concerns for me.

And unfortunately, the single weight Hyaluronic Acid in their formula doesn’t provide lasting results like the ones you get with Cocunat’s Triple Hyaluronic Acid Complex. The lack of Matrixyl® peptides to fill up stubborn wrinkles is also noticeable!

Overall I really like Glov's Micro-Infusion System as an entry-level option, however when compared to Clinical Beauty Filler's advanced push-action delivery system and comprehensive anti-aging formula it falls a little short.

For those of you that want professional-level results without the professional price tag, I’d definitely recommend Clinical Beauty Filler over Glov’s system!

Check out Glov Micro Infusion

Seranova's Micro-Infusion System tries to combat visible signs of aging by stimulating your skin's natural collagen production.

The main benefit of Seranova's system lies in its simplicity and ease of use. The device is uncomplicated to operate, making it suitable for those just starting their micro-infusion journey–though you'll want to be particularly mindful of proper cleaning and maintenance since the components aren't sterilized.

They also use some pretty solid ingredients too–collagen peptides, single-weight hyaluronic acid and bitter orange flower oil all work together to provide some decent anti-aging effects.Seranova’s system is also the most budget-friendly option on the list, coming in at $69.00 per treatment.

Between the price and its simplicity of use, this system is a solid option. However, I find their delivery system and ingredients a little too basic to provide the dramatic anti-aging effects that many of you are looking for. And while the low price might be appealing to some, take into account the fact that you might end up spending more down the road on further treatments or other products if it doesn’t work for you!

When testing this system in my practice, I observed that results tend to vary among patients. While some noticed improvements in skin texture and hydration, others needed more frequent treatments to maintain their results. The serum absorbs reasonably well, though not as effectively as Clinical Beauty Filler’s push-action delivery method.

Although it provides a basic introduction to micro-infusion technology, Seranova's system may not deliver the more dramatic results some patients seek. For those of you looking for deeper skin rejuvenation, Clinical Beauty Filler offers more advanced technology and proven clinical results.

#4 Qure Micro Infusion

Qure’s system offers a 5-minute microneedling treatment that helps to reduce fine lines and wrinkles. Using Qure’s system is pretty much painless, and in my experience, my skin did look a little more hydrated and glowy after using it. I was also impressed with the downtime-it didn’t take me too long to see basic results!

Like many others on this list, Qure’s serum is delivered using a stamping motion to create micro-channels in the skin, and relies on gravity for its delivery. While its needles are sterilized, which is important for safety, they’re definitely less effective than the advanced hypodermic needle technology and push-action of Clinical Beauty Filler.

Although Qure is a very well-known brand, with tons of celebrity dermatologist endorsement, I have to mark them down for one main reason: their ingredients.

When it comes to the anti-aging benefits provided by all of the products I’ve reviewed, Qure’s ingredients are unfortunately the weakest. And while I found that Qure's system does offer some improvement in skin texture, the results aren’t super dramatic.

Unlike Clinical Beauty Filler's comprehensive formula with multiple clinical-grade actives, Qure's system notably lacks key ingredients like fillers or Botox-like peptides that provide more substantial anti-aging benefits.

And when compared to Clinical Beauty Filler's triple-weight Hyaluronic Acid complex and Rebuilder Active System, the reasons behind the difference in results is pretty clear.

Ultimately, while Qure's Micro-Infusion System comes with many celebrity dermatologist endorsements, it falls short of providing the comprehensive anti-aging benefits that more advanced systems can deliver.

#5 Glamory Microneedle Infusion

Glamory Microneedle Infusion promises to target fine lines, wrinkles, and uneven skin tone through a combination of 24K gold-plated 0.5mm needles and gravity-based serum absorption, similar to that of Glov. Its 24K gold needles trigger collagen production, which helps to reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

After testing Glamory’s system for a little while, I found that my skin was definitely a little brighter, and felt tighter than it was before. But were the effects more powerful than those provided by Glov or Clinical Beauty Filler? Not really!

Their formula claims to include anti-aging ingredients, though the complete ingredient list isn't publicly available - a red flag for me as a dermatologist. What we do know is that it contains basic Hyaluronic Acid, though not the multiple molecular weights found in Clinical Beauty Filler that target the deepest skin layers for maximum effects.

And like with Glov’s system, Glamory’s non-sterilized needles are a concern for long-term safety.

Unlike Clinical Beauty Filler's independently tested third-party laboratory results and sterilized components, Glamory's approach to safety and quality control appears less rigorous, which could be problematic for sensitive skin types.

While Glamory's Micro-Infusion System might appeal to those seeking a basic introduction to micro-infusion treatments, it falls considerably short when compared to Clinical Beauty Filler's clinical-grade ingredients and advanced delivery technology.

For patients that want professional-level results without the in-clinic price tag, I recommend exploring options with proven clinical results and verifiable safety standards like Clinical Beauty Filler.
